There was a lot of noisy clinking of dishes. Dishes were removed and cleared in style that a Denny's night shift waitress would find unacceptable. If I could have gotten someone's attention would have asked for an ice cube to cool it down. They came back with the red wines which were way too warm. The servers figured out they better kill the unserved white, and dumped the ice cold white in our glasses. We ordered red wine by the glass for our second course. Our glasses were empty during our first course. Our glasses were poured, and the wine was tossed in a wine bucket 10 feet away. We ordered a half bottle of white wine to start. Although the waiter was friendly, he was not focused on us when we needed help. A carefully curated wine list represents the true soul of a bistro wine list, where wine is part of every meal.A couple years ago, this place was exceptional.
